Before I was working with the Event Industry, I always surprise of big gazebos, heavy detailed decorations, Colourful lightings and all. Now when I'm the part of the Production team, I see how this all can be done. How one simple place overnight turn into Celebration point.
A wedding need any things to take place Flowers, Structure, Cloths for structure, Decorations, Music, Centre pieces, Props, Food and most importantly peoples. After all its the festival of new beginning.
The wedding I complete is an intimate wedding, There were only 25 to 30 people. People are saying that Number of person attending your wedding is going to decide how much royal and how much successful it is. As I was witness of intimate wedding, I can say small wedding are much more enjoyable. In small wedding you don't have to think about peoples and their needs, you can focus on things that matters to you and family only.

A not too big not too small garden with swimming pool, One side of the swimming pool you have Swing for Bride and Groom, Near the Swimming pool you have seating area, Besides the seating area you have place for serving food where you & your guest can have tea/ coffee with some biscuits and enjoy function with tea. Well, you are in Rajasthan so it has to Rajsthani music there.
Sun is about to set, Haldi/ Mehndi function is taking place, People are busy with rituals, Cousins & Friends are enjoying with Bride & Groom, Folk music is continue along with dancers. Your Masi/Chachi/Mami is dancing with them on Rajathani music.
